Cute baby grasshopper

A Damsel dragon fly

Jimminy Cricket
Jimminy Cricket upclose

We had our lunch at a place called "tupai tupai". As the name suggest there were squirrels running wild there

Other things you can find at the Butterfly Park Pt1

One of the plants that you can find at the butterfly park is the 'cat's whiskers'. Learn from moggie that if you touch it, it 'Meows'

This was a really big frog that was hiding under the bridge

Ladyhawk says this guy looks like its smiling :)
Say Cheese!!

Preying Mantis New Mate!

A trip to the Orchid park turned into a trip to the Butterfly Park. It was there that moggie meet and fell in love with this little Preying Mantis, spending most of his time with it. This aggresive little mantis immediately took a liking to moggie and hopped onto his camera.

It then decided to get closer to Moggie

It even had time to strike a pose to get his attention

When it was time to move on the mantis didn't wanted moggie to leave it and decided to hitch a ride on moggie's backpack without him even knowing until much later.

As to how things turn out, that my friends will be a story for another time. However I would have to leave a word of caution to Moggie, as this love affair is quite a dangerous one as some Female preying Mantis has the tendency to kill its mate by bitting of its head!!. [Who knows what it was doing behind your back?!]
